Do you have minimum order requirements?

There are NO minimum requirements on HTV and DTF printed styles "order what you need" However, traditional screen printing and embroidery have a MOQ of approx 25 (depending on garment choice and supplier)
What are your prices?

Prices vary, depending on the garment styles, print method, print sizes, quantities and other production and design factors. What is your turn arount time?

Most orders are complete and ready to send out within 7-12 business days. Let us know what you need and when you need it for and we will do our best to make it happen. Note - We do not offer a same day service.
What print methods do you use?

Our main print methods are digital printing (DTF & HTV), offering many colours, textures and possibilities, while producing high quality finishes and long wearing, durable results.
Do you also offer embroidery and screen printing?

Yes we do. However, unlike our in-house print methods which have no minimum quantity requirements...Screen printed and embroidered orders require a minimum quantity of 30+ per design and style. Longer production times also apply.
Do you charge set up fees?

At Indiink Co, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to pricing. That's why we don't charge a setup fee for our services. However, for graphic design work, there may be a nominal fee applied. Should print-ready artwork not be supplied, a small fee may be incurred. ( Fr $25) To ensure your print result is flawless, we offer 15 minutes of complimentary graphic work for small tidy-ups. This additional service is our commitment to delivering impeccable results while providing you with peace of mind. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure your experience with us is nothing short of exceptional. While we do not charge a setup fee for our services, it's important to note that some of our partners may apply a setup fee for embroidery and screen printing. Your trust is paramount to us, and we're committed to providing you with a seamless and transparent experience every step of the way.
Can you create or redesign my design for me?

Yes, we also offer an expert graphic design service! Whether you have a concept in mind or need guidance to bring your ideas to life, our talented team is here to collaborate with you every step of the way. Simply email us your ideas and a design brief, along with any inspirational pictures and relevant information. We'll provide you with a detailed quote for the development of your desired design. Once the design process is complete, we'll send you the final product in a variety of file formats, empowering you to apply and use your design across various projects and applications.
